The usual cause is the tray motor assembly, or the power supply that feeds it. These parts are available from the parts rep for Panasonic. Contact Panasonic for details.
There are serious safety issues when servicing microwave ovens. I suggest to have the oven professionaly serviced by an experienced service tech for these products.

SOURCE: Galanz Microwave Oven - Unable to disable child lock
Galanz's website seems to be useless. I tried finding information but kept being told "no data available." So while I can't tell you where to find the manual, here's something to try. Most microwaves get put into lock by pressing and holding one of the buttons for longer than normal, or by pressing one of the buttons several times in a row. Some ovens use the TIMER button. It won't be one of the number keys, but one of the function buttons. So start with a button, press and hold it for at least 5 seconds before you let go. If nothing happens then try another button. If that doesn't solve the problem, then try pressing each function key several times before moving on to the next one. If that still doesn't get it going, maybe a store in your area that sells Galanz will take a look at the book for you. The process should be the same for any similar model.

my problem you cannot push the digital number what's wrong with my mocrowave, sometimes it comes the time and then as soon as you push the time to heat it stops no power?

When there is no heat, but everything else seems to work, it means the magnetron circuit has failed. The magetron is the part the generates the microwaves that heat the food. When it fails, it makes a loud buzzing sound. The replacement part can cost as much as a new oven, so it not worth fixing. Get yourself a new oven.
