Why did you accepted it? do you have proof that arrived in that condition? is there internal or external damage? do you have any proof of delivery in that condition?

if any of the above - delivery insurance will cover it (from delivery company),

if you have proof of internal damage and arrival in that condition - place of purchase is responsible,

if no proof of any of the above - rubbish bin is fine location...

Have recently installed unit into my car but when i have set it up ie radio stations into the memory, when the car is turned off then back on it deletes all the information ?

Somewhere along the line you are not receiving a constant power supply to the head-unit. When you turn the key off it is cutting the power to the unit like it is being completely unplugged. Thus the reason it wont remember anything.

Cassette players jammed

actually you can not lubicate the cassette players. it has to do with a belt inside. your players may need to be demagnitized. i would go to radio shack or electronic store and try a cassette cleaner/demagnitizer and see if that solves the problem. i would even try different batteries or a ac power adapter if you have the plug. some batteries make units run slow. i would even get a can of dust cleaner that you find in the electronics section. you spray it in and it cleans the inside of the dust that may be inside.

Sanyo Car stereo fm doesnt work

there is a broken solder joint on the board inside and the temperature effect is causing the minute flexation of the broken solder, acting as a bad switch.
