My advice is to open the back of your mac and suck the dust of the fan with your hoover. With the months and years computer cumulate dust that they suck in with the air and it get stuck in.

Top of dryer is too hot to even touch!!

Hi crhaun79...
If your dryer is running that hot then:

Check and clean if necessary your vent hose.
If you vent hose "seems" to be clean then, try running the dryer with the vent hose off and see if the dryer is not running hot anymore.
Make sure your lint screen is in place and has no tears or holes in it and is still firmly attached to the frame.
If you are running too hot you are not moving enough air thru the system.
It could be that the fan blade is plugged up.
The problem could be a large lint ball build up in the center of the fan or a sock, thin pants,a pen, etc. that has gotten into the fan by falling down the hole where the lint screen is normally inserted.
You have to find the air restriction to solve the problem.
It also can be a loose or worn out blower wheel/fan.
Please take time to rate me.

When a blue screen u load defualt settings in the award bios cmos utility menu? my concern is my cpu tempature and the shut down temp as well as the warning temp. should all go to previous...

The BSOD (blue screen) is most often caused by a bad driver and sometimes by ram. Your computer can shut down suddenly if it's overheating but generally when it's from overheating it will start stuttering...running jerkily...before it shuts off. The screen will semi lock up, things run slow. Obviously it will also feel hot either to the touch or at least the air coming out will be hot or not moving at all. Heat is caused by a bad fan or fans including a bad cpu fan. Of course heat is a big problem.

Though you can adjust when the machine shuts down as a saftey precaution that you still need to address the overheating problem itself. A fan may need to be replaced or you may need additional air flow ie additional fans.

A major cause of heat is a dirty fan due to dust, pet hair etc. Computers, including laptops, need to be cleaned out periodically.

I would look into these issues before worrying about cmos adjustments unless you have changed the settings and this was the result.

Is not making ice and is very warm from middle to top on both sides of my side by side kenmore 106.56932600

is there any ice frozen on back wall of freezer panel..if not, check to see if all the fans are operating..does the divider between the refrig and freezer doors seem real hot? if so, look for a stopped condenser fan, does the compressor run? sometimes you hear the condensor fan running and think the compressor is running...these things will click every fives minutes if not running..So, listen carefully, touch the it hot? is it hot and clicking? if clicking, UNPLUG and remove the relay off compressor..shake it and if will rattle. Replace the relay if bad. The compressor could be bad and be clicking as well..anyway, let me know if it isn't it

Compressor running very hot but almost no cooling. Fan running

make sure the coils are clean both evaporator and condenser, then if there is a capacitor in the motor circuitry, check this, finally if the coils frost, then clear up and frost and clear up time and again, this is a sign of low refrigerant R134a,and this also will make the compressor run hot

Sounds like your machine is overheating big time. You didnt say if it boots up or not, but I wouldnt keep trying until someone can look at it. You probably need a new fan, possibly hard drive, hopefully not mother board.

The dividing wall between the freezer compartment and refrigerator compartmant is very hot to the touch , use to be warm now almost to hot to touch. mod. #106.56539400

the condensor fan by the compressor is not running. this fan cools the compressor and condensor coils. if it does not run then the mullion (center between frzr and refrigerator side) gets very hot
