try do download a file manager on google play. Or if it already have one, you can open it. Hold the item you want to move until a pop-up appears select cut or copy. after that go to the directory you want to place the file and tap on options in the lower right and tap on paste.

Boost will port or release your number to use with a different carrier, if you go to any Wal Mart they should be able to walk you through it

On android, be sure that LTE is enabled.
Try this ousted your building. Go to airplane mode for 20 seconds. Then disable airplane mode. Phone will attempt to lock onto Lte again.
Failing that, check the coverage map to be sure that lte is offered in your area. Move to an area that indicates coverage and try there.
Lastly, contact your vendor as the device may be defective.
