to connect to the internet or set up email or to send mms you must activate the GPRS first from your
network provider ...The best thing you can do is to contact the
customer care of your network provider and ask for the activation of
they will tell you the procedure to activate it ....
they will tell the number to which the message to be sent to recieve the settings ....
so note that down and then follow the procedures told by them ...
you will receive the gprs settings(profile) also ... make sure of the charges with them there will be many plans & then get activated ...
after this you will able to connect to internet ....
if the customer people tell you that your handset is not compatible for the receiving of the profile settings then you must tell them to give the manual settings(includes ip address,APN,etc) so that you can only create the profile and input the information given by the customer care people...
if you have already subscribed the GPRS then call the customer care of your network provider & ask for the settings by telling your model of the handset ..

This might happens because your GPRS settings are corrupeted in this case you need to delete the old settings and you need to contact your service provider to provide new GPRS setting for your Handset save that setting and try to browse you will be able to do that.

There is a Software problem in your mobile you should renew your mobile software.
If your a Mobile technician then use the software box & as well as use the suitable cable of your mobile e.g JAF Software dongle box and cable. By using this you can renew your mobile software. If your Not a Mobile Technician the dont try this thing it is harmful for your mobile it may become dead.
If your not a mobile technician then please visit your nearest Nokia Service Center ( Nokia Care) they will do it in proper method.
