Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hi, There is an issue with the video card in the TV or the game console. You can check by swapping parts. Use a different monitor first then check that the game console has good cable connection.
Maybe the cable could be bad. I would stick with HDMI. They are the best for clearity in Video and audio. If there is still issues suspect the game console. You might be able to change the settings in the console menue by useing a lower aspect ratio. Good luck

If you are using the RCA out puts one of your connections is probably bad. I could just be loose or the wire could be broken. If you are using HDMI make sure the plug is lugged STRAIGHT in and not at an angle and fully plugged in. The color components are on different pins so all must me fully in contact at both ends of the cable. Same for VGA, make sure ALL pin have full contact.
If you get colors otherwise but not during games them you may have color depth issue with your monitor but I doubt that since that is usually detected automatically.
