Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
Hi Irene, The heating coil may be bad. Try to make some coffee and after a minuet take out the carafe and see if its hot.(using caution). If the hotplate is cold after a minuet of use the heating coils are not working. This can happen from no electric, loose connection at the outlet or the coffee maker or a bad heating coil. Hope this helps, Tom
