Question about Vestax Audio Players & Recorders
Vestax went out of business in 2014. I have found a website called Virtual Sounds Technology. They are the largest suppliers of their parts going. They say "if we don't have it, it either no longer exists or can only be pulled from a used unit".
So your best option is to ask them!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The platter needs a drop of oil as the platter and motor shaft is a machined fit, Via brass upside down v as the platter will be reversed ie: a A WITH NO LINE . You can place two plastic wedge shaped blocks ,one on each side of the platter with even pressure and work up.

Yes they can be replaced.
Contact the store you purchased it from or ask where they have repairs done. They should be able to order the parts for you.

Don't forget that the tone arm is too short and the material too heavy, i like vestax, but a bit wrong angle with too much pressure messes up your records fast.
