Question about Eclipse 180 Pro 4GB* Video MP3 Player

Open Question

Fell asleep listening to Eclipse 180 Pro mp3 player. When woke up the battery appeared completely dead. There was no sound or picture of the file lists. The on button was on all night. I tried to recharge as I always do but mp3 player would not recharge. I tried different charging cables and different USB ports but it didn't make a difference. Nothing happened. Just a blank screen. Help please

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: eclipse mp3 player says "no file"

I had the same problem. I think most files that itunes uses are in a .m4a format. The eclipse mp3 player will need all the music files in an .mp3 format. The eclipse actually has a "software" folder that includes the "replay converter" that will convert these files for you - or you can download any number of freeware that will convert the files as well. Once I converted those files, my eclipse played everything. Prior to that - even though I had synced everything with my Windows Media player, I was getting the "No Files" message. Good Luck!

SOURCE: My Eclipse Mp3 Player Wont Play

1) There's a difference between "support" and play directly of video mp3 player.
2) It's not just about the format, but also screen size and resolution.

You need to run the music through the converter tool that is on the player itself (like a portable dirve, look into it's directories) or as a small CD that came in the player's kit.

Manual to eclipse mp3

Which specific model do you have? The Eclipse MP3 players are built by Trio. The manuals for several models are available here: http://www.triotablets.com/pages/manuals . Scroll down and look in the list in the column on the right side of the page (with the Eclipse MP3 header). The direct link to the Eclipse 180 Pro is https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0632/6269/files/180_Pro.pdf?535 .

I hope this helps.
