Fixed Dial Number (FDN), allows you to restrict outgoing calls to a limited set of phone numbers on your Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

How to enable FDN on Samsung Galaxy Note 2

• From the Home screen, tap Phone icon.
• Press Menu key and then tap Call settings > Additional settings > Fixed Dialing Numbers.
• Tap Disable FDN.
• At the prompt, enter your PIN2 code and tap OK.

Check your Blocking Mode settings. It may have alarm and timer blocked.

All you have to do is turn off the power saving mode. Settings- scroll down to device section then you will see power saving is green"On" turn it "off" gray.

Pull ur status bar down and scroll over till you see "Power Saving" then click it to deactivate.

While in browser, open settings (bottom left button) and change display setting. The s3 has separate display settings for browser and general phone. Hope this helps.

You have fixed dialing on in your mobile. (Restricted to calling only certain numbers - or no numbers) Find call settings on your phone and deactivate FDN it should be in the call setings or in the contacts.

I can receive the call from outsider but wont be able to make call to outsider. When I trying to dial out to somebody it says "number FDN restricted" Please help.
