Sport mate, but it appears your device is communicating with you but you aren't decoding. *smiles*

First, you've got several problemchallenges all present in your device/tech gadget.

MTP- media transfer protocol...connected
USB connected.

To resolve, navigate your way to Settings/ developer options/USB debugging

Click on this and get the ? off, first.
Click again and get the ? back on.

Next, select from the displayed menu the option for USB charge only. EXIT.

Problem 1 solved.

Battery with red X marking on it while on display.
Battery is no longer considered GOOD? by your phone/tab.

Needs to be replaced.
Problem 2 solved.

Why Cellphone/tab not charging?
Check the recommended AC charger rating for your device/gadget, first.

Check the charger rating you've been using to see whether these values match.

Output DC=????

Lastly, issue with Indpsert SIM card.
You need to confirm whether your cellphone/tab is locked to a particular Network carrier company or not.

If locked, you need to jailbreiak/unlock it.
Otherwise, a technician may have to check the SIM card terminals for you.

Hope these tips help. Feedback please. All the best.

How do you upload videos to a nwz-e345 using a mac X?

Most players have an optional MSC (same as UMS) USB mode in their settings menu. Those that don't will usually automatically fall back to that mode if the computer they connect to doesn't appear to support MTP.
Also, there is a free program called XNJB for the Mac that can connect with players that are set for MTP only. But it's not possible, AFAIK, to connect to XNJB when the player is one that automatically falls back to MSC and doesn't have a strict MTP connect mode, so that it may not be possible to get MTP material on and off such a player using a Mac.

A service section installation INF is invalid.

Just to be clear, no special drives are necessary. MSC mode will work out of the box with just about any OS. MTP mode will work as long as you have WMP 10 or 11 installedFirstly, lets explain MSC mode and MTP mode a bit.

MSC stands for Mass Storage Class. When your player is in this mode, the computer will see it the same way it would see a flash drive, as a removable disk. It will assign it the first available drive letter, as well as one for the memory card (if applicable). This is probably the more popular of the 2 modes, and is a more "open source" type of standard. Most comptuers detect the player in this mode without a problem.

MTP stands for Media Transfer Protocol. It is a Microsoft standard and is Microsofts solution to connecting digital players and cameras to a window based platform. MTP mode must be used in order to transfer ANY Digital Rights Managment (DRM) protected content. Services like Rhapsody and Napster will only function in this MTP mode.

SanDisk has provided both of these modes at the users options on MOST of the entire Sansa Line mp3 players. The c200, and The View, do not have these 2 options in every version of firmware. Instead those players use an "Auto Detect" function that is suppose to Automaticly use MTP mode. If MTP mode does not work for any reason, it should default to MSC mode.

Switching between MSC and MTP modes

  • Turn the Sansa on, if it is not already
  • Navigate to the main menu of the player; this is the same menu that gives us options such as Play, Record, Info, etc...
  • Navigate to "Settings" on the main menu of the player.
  • After navigating to "Settings", we should see an option that states "USB" or "USB MODE"
  • From here we can select MSC or MTP modes (could vary based on player model)
  • Highlight the desired mode and select it, at this point it will roll back to the 'Settings' menu
  • Connect the player to the computer and verify it is connecting in the desired mode.
It should be noted, when a device is in MSC mode, it will appear as a "Removable disk". When connected in MTP mode, it will show up as an "Audio Device"
You can also try to reinstall Windows Media Player 10 or 11. Next W*ndows has a update to fix if all else fails try this.

Problem with drag and drop

(FOUND THIS SOLOUTION ON AFTERDAWN.COM) The problem is that this player have 2 standards for connecting to PC. One is MSC and other is MTP. Each one have different directories structure. If you put music when your player is connected as MSC, when you will conect as MTP you'll be not able to see the files uploaded previous. The same case is available when you write music files as MTP=> you can't see these files in MSC mode. So, set USB mode of your Sansa as MCS, power off, put hold switch to lock and connect to PC. You will see 3 directories: Audible, Records and Config (or something like that). See if your "invisible" music files are here. If they aren't connect as MTP. To connect as MTP: set USB mode to auto, shut down Sansa mp3 player, put hold switch to unlock and connect to PC. You will see only 2 directories now. Media and "something" (I can't remember now). Look for your "invisible" files and do what you want. MTP mode is for use with newer PC's. I advice you to use MCS mode all the time because is compatible with any PC (old or new). Good luck!
