Sorry for your problem, contact the people you ordered the otter box from and cancel your order. You can also stop payment if you paid with a credit card, simply contact your credit card company, number is on back of card, and they will help you.

chances are the speakers are the problem. try disconnecting the speakers and turn up to the level where it cuts out,if it does not cut out chances are a defective speaker or speakers,usally midrange or tweeter
