Have the recipient check their spam filter. The cards are in all likely being caught and not delivered by the mail system. The recipient can accept specific "spam" e-mails, so future material will pass through.

Recipient's name not shown in sent emails in gmail?

In the list view of sent emails. hover your mouse on the recipient to see the detail.

When you open an email in the sent messages, you can click on the little arrow drip down next to "to:" in the message to see the recipient names.

If you have never communicated with the person before (they are not in your contact list) the only thing you will see is the email address, not the name.

Tip

Track an email in Gmail

An email can easily be traced by opening its header but this technique fails when an email is to be traced sent from gmail account as gmail hide's the sender i.p. using a 64 bit encryption.
so to trace the location of a person, we can use readnotify free service.

Read Notify

What is ReadNotify?
ReadNotify is the most powerful and reliable email tracking service that exists today. In short - ReadNotify tells you when email you sent gets read / re-opened / forwarded and so much more.

Make an account at readnotify.com and compose a mail to the person you want to trace from the email id you used to create account at readnotify.com
Simply add: .readnotify.com to the end of your recipients email address
eg:
if the email to be traced is
vikash@gmail.com then use the email
vikash@gmail.com.readnotify.com in recipient's email
and then send the email as a normal mail.
the moment the receiver opens that mail, you will get all the information listed below by logging into your account at readnotify.com

Information you can get with the help of read notify-

  • Date and time opened

  • Location of recipient (per their ISP city /town)

  • Map of location (available on paid subscriptions)

  • Recipients IP address

  • Apparent email address of opening (if available)

  • Referrer details (ie; if accessed via web mail etc)

  • URL clicks

  • How long the email was read for

  • How many times your email was opened

  • If your email was forwarded, or opened on a different computer

Why is gmail server not forwarding mail

Just read; google has sent the message, but the recipient was wrong.
Don't you need to send the message to <someone>@myregisteredsite.com ? That looks more likely.
    Or
    <name>@mymail.myregisteredsite.com

    Gmail email login

The error may have come from one of your recipients. Your group email may have BEEN sent to everyone else in the group, just not that one recipient, who hasn't retrieved their email since October last year.

Has anyone in the group died? Moved to a different email provider?

I can not receive e-mails with attachments

It might be happening if there are some limitations/restrictions imposed as a part of the standard policies/procedures. for e.g.

Maximum message size of an email including all attachments is 20 megabytes. Incoming messages larger than that limit will be rejected, and error message returned to the sender.

Note that other email providers may have a lower attachment size limit, so attachments smaller than 20MB sent may still be rejected by the remote destination. Additionally, downloading large attachments will take a long time for recipients on slower internet connections.

We are using Microsoft Exchange as the email system. Preferred personal accounts are hotmail, gmail, yahoo....Gmail gives max attachment size approx. 10MB so is quite useful to transfer some bulky files....thks....do let me know if you have more queries....hv a nice day!!!

    Warm Regards

    Gmail account

The response you got was sent by Hotmail's server. Something in your message or something about your e-mail address caused Hotmail to reject the message. Unfortunately, there's no way to pin down exactly what the problem was.

There are a few things you can try, though. Try rewriting your message, maybe change some of the wording, etc., and send it again. If it doesn't go through, try sending from a different e-mail address. If that doesn't work either, then ask the recipient if they have a non-Hotmail address for you to try.
