My flat screen monit has some lines covering the screen making it difficult to see. what should i do?

go to your laptop and click on moniters and click on find moniters and it will find and you need to click on the 2 listed and it will show up

I just purchased a acer moniter ...I plugged it in and the picture looks a little distorted (my grand daughter says I am not use to the new flat screen) on the moniter was a film cover that said make sure...


If your on XP you can right click on the empty desktop and go to properties, Under the settings tab you will find options for screen resolutions. If your on Vista or 7 you right click on empty desktop space and go to screen resolution, There again you will easily find your settings for your screen resolution. Click apply and then click OK after that lay back and enjoy your screens clarity.

i think may be its monitor problem or may be the wire problem that are attached with ur CPU...... change it and then see its again wrking??????

Screen turns on and odd


If the TV part works normal then you are probably trying to use a resolution and or refresh rate the monitor cannot handle. You want to be on 1024x768 max and 60hz refresh. You can try starting the computer in safe mode to test.

hi,

we cannot resolve it as it is a monitor problem. this is caused when the lcd light of a row is dead.
