Question about Pool & Spa

Why would there be water leaking suddenly from the bottom of the pump

The actual pump seems to be pushing water out at its base and its not a PVC pipe leak.

The impeller seal on the shaft is leaking
if the pump has been running dry for a time the seal will be burnt.

My Whisperflo pump has a leak in my PVC pipe from the filter to the pump. The leak is coming from the pipe on top of the pump. Please help.

The correct way to repair this is to repipe the line. If you can't do that, your local hardware may have an epoxy putty that will hold against water pressure. I would only recommend that if the leak is between two pieces of PVC piping. If the leak is where the pump meets the PVC, I would recommend repiping the discharge.

Fills with water then dumps water over & over seems that is all it does

Does seem like the anti flood system (polystireene float and micro switch at base of washer is triggered) this device automaticaly pumps water out when triggered due to water leak. The water leak could be from a small hole in pipe or a pipe clamp. The washer will only take in water and pump out water if the device is triggered. You must clear the water leak and dry the base of the washer before it works through the full cycle.

The drain pump runs continuously when the Dishlex Global 300 dishwasher is turned on. When pushed, the buttons on the control panel would not change any of the cycles.

This could be that the anti flood device "polystireen float and micro switch at the base has detected water at the bottom due to a leak (pipe or pipe clamp). This device puts the washer in pump out mode and will not continue. Firstly you need to determine what causes the water leak and rectify it before it will continue.

Quiet Partners III will not start. It blinks and then goes off. If I push the "Cancel" pad, it lights 2 and it attempots to drain (no water in tub) and then the light goes to 1 and within a minute it goe...

Sounds like the anti flood activates when water (even a small amount) appears on the bottom of the machiene. This is usualy a leaking pipe but can also be caused by a clogged pipe. Most machiens do have a plastic pipe that (from the flat water tank) feeds water to the bottom of the machiene in case of an internal fault. The anti flood is normaly a polystireen float with micro switch on the base of the washer. This automatically puts the outlet pump on to drain the water. Nothing else happens until you clear the water problem.

I have a kenwood dishwasher kdw8st2a i;m getting code e4 overfilled how do i fix this

Error 4 says in the manual it means 'overfilled'! pretty useless info really. What it actually means is water in base of unit, normally caused by leaking pipe, check pipe connection at the back of the upper tray When you push tray in it connects with a down pipe, quite common for these to break. If ok check for other water leaks.
