Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
Assuming its resolution. I would like to know more about what your laptop/desktop you may be using would be very helpful so if u could give us more information, it would help us in the community to better help you.
assuming its a resolution issue, you would go to the start button, click on control panel and select appearance and personalization, then under "Display" in blue text there will be an option called "Adjust Screen Resolution"
assuming you have one screen. one will be displayed with a number one. below that an option for "resolution" will have a drop down menu when you left click on it. then one of the options will have (recommended) on the side of it. Give it a moment and it will ask if this setting is correct or that you like it. Accept and you're screen should be back to "Normal". with the acception of maybe a few icons scattered about your desktop.

Did you try clicking on the little squares at the top right?one maximizes the screen to a large size.the one with an x closes the page, etc.
also try putting the mouse cursor right on the page border, click & hold, drag with the mouse.
if that doesn't do it,you will have to go into display settings & manually change it back to the proper screen resolution.
