In any case if you shut it down, let the ice melt, clean the coil, keep the door closed as much as possible and if its hot where its sitting let it have some air it should improve. Last thought, if there is a refrigerant leak in the system ice will accumulate at the end of the coil, the compressor will stay on longer than normal and this water drip is letting you know a service call is coming soon. You have to verify that the compressor is running. Don't assume that it is just because the fan is running. the compressor may not be running. If compressor is running, good possibility that it is low on refrigerant. Most common and obvious.

The condensate drain line is clogged. Defrost it by pouring warm water and baking soda down the tube located bottom of pan under blower. Repeat until water flows easily

If memory serves it is in the middle of the back left corner inside of the unit. Should be numbered 1-9 Generally 3 - 5 is correct setting. Higher the number colder the box. Most of my customers have theirs set on 5.

BY to I take it yu mean top area inside cooler. If that is the case and yu are sure the drain is clear it could possibly be one of the following.
