    Don't worry press the power for a few seconds when flashing light comes run some water and then press power bottom again it should work

To solve you oregne light problem you must do this press power bottom for few seconds to make it flashing Orange this means that the machine is now in descaleing mode then do the descaleing product be sure you use dolce gusto descaleing only after you done reset power bottom this should solve the problem.that was a working for descaleing

Dolce gusto kp2100 won't stay on


in the machine there is small circuit board that control the machine so they programmed that circuit to preheat the heating element for about 30s if this failed the red light flashes two tims then stops so you have to change the circuit board

Value 470u/10V 105 degC

Dolce gusto machine turns itself off


i there why does th machine keep running on once you put the pod in unlike the tassimo once you have the right amount out the pod it cuts off dolce run on for ever and you drjnk ends up wattery
