Question about Shure SM7B Microphone
I have the very same mic. It is a dynamic mike and therefore does not require phantom power. These are known for their very low signal output. I have made a small booster to boost the signal for mine but you should be getting some sound out of yours. I would try another known-to-be-good mic in its place.
