First you should do is start the computer and go into the BIOS and restart to factory settings to do this you will either press F2 , F12 , or DELETE repeatedly as soon as the computer boots up. Then when in the BIOS Menu there will be a option to set to optimized settings or factory default select yes. Then save and restart.
(((This info applies to Windows Vista Only)))
If that dosent work you can try to start in safe mode by turning the computer on and clicking F8 repeatedly Then a menu will come up with the options
1. Repair Your Computer
2.Safe Mode
3.Safe Mode with Networking
4.Safe Modw with Command Prompt
5.Enable Boot Logging
6.Enable low-resolution video
7.Last known Good Configuration
8.Directory Services Restore Mode
9.Debugging Mode
10.Disable automatic restart on system failure
11.Disable Driver Signature Enforcement
12. Start Windows Normally
You want to try 7. Last Known Good Configuration
Hope this helps you solve your problem.
If you have the boot disks that came with the computer this is the media it is talking about.. After you re-load everything to your computer I suggest downloading AVG antivirus
Windows always makes effort to enhance the security through authorized drivers. Sometimes, drivers which are not signed get installed on your system. When you get unsigned driver, then Disable Windows 10 Driver Signature Enforcement. Disable Windows 10 Driver Signature Enforcement 1 800 229 9186
