Ok so I keep getting pop up after I downloaded and deleted this spyware! I barely use my internet and for pop up to just keep coming like there something wrong with it I'm confused? Please help!

1) Unfortunately you do not say what OS you are using or what browser, so can only give a general answer.
Make sure you have the pop up box checked.
EG for Mozilla
>Firefox
>Open Menu
>Options
>Content
> Check box "block pop up windows"
>OK

Google Addblock Plus and download this free software for whatever browser you are using

well to me i would have to find out the reason, i would deleted them or deactivate them, then try. now gonna give you a stupid thought but have to. is this a new lap top. if so does your maching come with a button or switch to activate the wireless network on machine. you take that from there

my opinion is to remove the possible cause from machine and try it , remember to reboot after removing any software or changes will not take effect

A window keeps constant on my screen to restart the computer(norton), but when i last did it i couldnt get the computer back up.

Get rid of Norton. There are alot of Free Software Programs that are better.

What antispyware do You use?

These are really the best ones:-

Spybot Search and Destroy (Free) - safer-networking.org

MalwareBytes (Free but also paid version) - malwarebytes.org

I did a quick Google on Peoplepal Toolbar and i get this from a spyware warnings site:-

"PeoplePal Toolbar is not a virus or a Trojan. PeoplePal Toolbar is an adware application and may generate extra pop-up ads while using Internet Explorer. This kind of application generally comes bundled with another program, which usually discloses the fact that it is ad-supported."

Just looks like it generates popups - Have a look in Add/Remove programs to see if theres a listing to uninstall it. also , just go to C:/Program Files and find the folder and delete - No coming back for it then!!

My proper solution however , is get a decent security suite program as the one you have is clearly not doing much. Quick analysis below

Norton Internet Security - Slows down system , uses lots of resources

Bitdefender Internet Security - Lightweight , uses hardly any resources , cheap to buy each year , can use 1 subscription on 3 pcs

Kaspersky - Very good protection , one of the best but is quite expensive

Eset Smart Security (formerly Nod32) - My personal recommendation , subscription prices arent bad , it self updates etc , i personally use it and have NEVER had a virus. Bundle this with Spybot search and destroy (which is free) and your computer is unstoppable!! - Well maybe not , but those two are what i use and my system has never had a virus. Sure theres been the odd spyware but spybot always gets rid of it
