ZTE ZMAX smartphone won't let me use the camera

open ur phone menu and move to call blacklist to block the number u dont want to recieve calls from. do th same with message menu.

Make sure you have a gmail account, then go to PlayStore and download it, I recoment MX player, when installing if it asks for Credit card on the bottom left you'll see a Skip option.
