Sounds like your HDCP is failing [High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection]. HDCP is used to protect digital copyrighted content as it travels from a device to your TV, usually via a HDMI or DVI cable. Or by WiFi.
If HDCP fails on either end of the connection the default is to halt the stream, possible solution, reverse the ends of the cable or if this fails try a new cable. Don't go for a cheep cable though. But in the same vain you don't need one of the ultra expensive ones either.
If WiFi then the signal could be weak, this is nothing to do with the speed, but with the strength of the signal.
Changing the Wifi channel could work as this may obviate loss of strength due to interference. Also check other unrelated devices, for example a microwave oven with faulty shielding would cause issues when running.
