Trigger spring is not only broken but missing so I don't know how to fix it

The three reasons that stop a springer cocking are
1 main spring has broken and stopping the piston reaching the trigger sear and engaging . remove spring to check
2 trigger is jammed and not allowing engagement of sear or trigger unit is broken (may be a spring broken easy fix )
3 piston engagement slot damaged broken ( replace piston)

If it is trigger wear problems think about getting it repaired or replaced depending on length of time owned

Keep calling the company, somebody has to know where they can get you that 'spring', after all it's the customer service that makes a good company great ! Can you make one for a paper clip or something else, maybe a spring on a clothespin? Keep thinking, you'll come up with something.

Are you able to squeeze the trigger or is it locked closed?

The main trigger might have broken. This is common if the trigger is pulled too hard. You can take the handle apart on most units and replace the trigger. Usually the broken spot is where the trigger pivots.

You will need to replace the trigger valve, the one you need is a P/N- TVA6. As far as the driver not returning, it could be a broken head valve spring,(spring in the back cap under the head valve) or possibly a broken driver blade.

You can purchase a repair kit from Ingersol that will have the spring and pin. You will need to make sure the fitting on the inlet that has the screen installed is still there or the pin and spring will come out again

Its a missing or broken spring in the handle(trigger). If you look inside the handle you should see a circular spring around the post of the trigger. This spring returns trigger to idle position. If its missing or broken the trigger won't spring back.
