Here are links where the hose can be purchased.
The parts for this Model seems to have been discontinued, but there are some that still sell the part, check the link provided to get more details of the part needed, thanks.

I hope the link help, I saw the hope on Link3 and Link2, on Link1 is where the original part can be bought but has been discontinued in the market, I put the link just for details on what the original part would look like to be able to buy one that the same from the other 2 links.
