Reset you password, it is probably caught in a loop of some kind. This happen a lot over the internet. There should be a way to have a new temporary password sent to your email address and from there you need to create a new password. Use a password that is different than the old one that would not work. This should correct the problem.

I have this week received a new debit card...fed in details to my amazon account, now find my kindle account is blocked and can't fix it! HELP

There may be issues with ***** protection on the card. Even though the card info was accepted by Amazon, it may be blocked for transactions. Contact your bank and see if they have a program like TALON that prevents internet *****. If so you have to tell them to allow a transaction every time. Also Amazon has good customer service, logon to amazon and on the lower right is support.

I try to change the password and Ican't finish the configuration, now the router is inoperative

If the router still lights up and you can see it's wireless network on your computer, you're in luck. The first thing I would recommend is trying to log into your router with your new password. Often, when you're changing your router password, it restarts to complete the process and logs you out, but it appears as though it's frozen or broken. If you cannot log in, I would then recommend doing a hard reset of your router by pressing the tiny "reset" button on the back for 15 seconds, then unplugging the power. Stop pressing the reset button, then plug the power back in. Your router should be back at its default settings, so you can log in and try to change your password again.
