did it come with software that can calibrate it ? or wen you fist connect the web cam it calibrates for you, or you have to do it the first time.

hmm..i recommend updating the driver for your web cam or install software for your web cam and if the software has a troubleshooter or diagnostics then use that. Good luck man i hope this helps.

Your webcam probably needs a vista driver but we also need the make and model # of your web cam. Thank You.

Same problem. Have Creative Web Cam Pro. When I installed it and everything it showed me sitting there and I could see myself fine. I open PC-CAM Center, however, and it says "Creative Camera not detected. Please plug in to continue..." It's plugged in. I can click the button on top and the PC-CAM center comes up, so I know it works. But it won't detect it. Thanks for any help you can provide!
