Make Sure Pilot Flame Is Long and Blue and hitting Thermocouple Head Good---If Thermocouple Head Is Too Short (from wear) Check Length and Configuration and Purchase New One From Hardware Store Or Related (like home depot) IF ALL LOOK OK, CHECK FOR A SWIFT AIR DRAFT (that will blow out pilot) My Dog Walks By And BLOWS Mine Out.

SOURCE: We fot a used Comfort Glow Propane Gas Wall Heater

Blow the thermocouple out with an air compressor while the unit is off. Another way to clean it is with a CO2 BB gun. Make sure it's not loaded! lol!

I have a procom model Qnsd250T ventless heater. I have gas to the back of the heater. I'm trying to light the pilot light I'm not getting gas anymore. What can I do or what part would cause this.

We have the same issue. Gas is getting to the regulator. But it's not coming out to the pilot light. I tried for months to use my warranty and all I got were a few emails from procomusa but they havent done a thing. I bought an expensive wall decoration.

Have a comfort glow heater ventless natural gas. need to know where to get the little part that the pilot light flame comes out of. need a new one. cleaned the stove last night. after, the pilot light...

Look for a small hole or two in the part the pilot flame comes out of. These may be partly blocked. They allow air to mix with the gas for the pilot.

Pilot light won't light on ventless fireplace

Ventless Gas logs, Vanguard, VS30PR. Propane gas
Pilot light stays lit various times, sometimes for several days then other times for a few minutes. Lights best when temp outside is below freezing. Pilot flame appears to receive too much air. How do you adjust the pilot flame? Is this done using two screws marked A & E? Do you have suggestions?
Thanks,
Ed

I have Legacy ventless propane heater 15,000btu.

Try to take pilot assembly apart and clean real good. This will work most of the time. If it does not work for you, you will need to replace the gas valve. It's expensive but I'm about positive that cleaning it will fix it. Gas burns dirty and after a couple seasons a scale builds up that causes this problem. It's pretty common and nothing to worry about after it's cleaned. Good luck.
