I would go to their website and check on their warranty policy. These units have reports of having bad chargers and batteries. New batteries don't always cure the problem. The manufacturer for these parts seems to have dropped the ball . Test the output of the charger when plugged in with a voltmeter. That will tell you if it is putting out the proper voltage as stated on it to charge a battery. Also, check the voltage of all your batteries; before, during, and after use. This will let you know the true culprit. After time, chargers fail due to the excessive heat they produce. A voltmeter is inexpensive and Wal Mart has them.,,,Radio Shack...etc
