Did you try inserting the micro SD card into the PC? You can buy a micro SD to SD adapter then just get an SD to USB drive to easily move files between micro SD and PC assuming the USB cable isn't working for whatever reason
Push the release lever(gray) toward rear of camera. At the same time place your fingernail under the cover in the middle of the camera and slide the compartment to the outside. The battery compartment cover can now be hinged upward per the diagram in the instruction manual.
Generally this occurs when the battery power is low, or the battery is faulty.
Check to see that no moisture or foriegn materials are in the battery storage slot.
We dont want a plan to fix our camera that you have to pay for after we have paid enough for the camera' also the problem was fixed on our own . Thanks Donna
