When you connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable, the PC will ask you what you want to do. If it doesn't, then check the settings on your phone configuration to ensure that you are allowing it to connect as a disk drive device and not only for charging purposes. Once the PC sees your phone, it will assign it a Drive Letter and you can see it under MY COMPUTER. There will be a "DCIM" directory. Select it. Then you will see some subdirectories. These may vary slightly from phone to phone, but one of them will have your photos in them. Once you find the photos, you can copy or cut and paste them to any folder you wish in the computer.
