- It's staying in pre-wash mode each time I turn on the dishwasher. I can hear it emptying but the cycle fails to start, it remains in pre-wash. - EimearNi

- Prewash light flashing and pump constantly running, have switched machine off to try and reset, checked filters and hoses everthing looks fine. Fault happened at the begining of normal wash programme.- steve56
