There are many places that you can obtain wiring diagrams/schematics. But- you have to be specific on what diagrms/schematics you are looking for.
If you are looking for a diagram for a car/truck, you can usually find wht you need online at specific forums. For instance: If I were looking for a wiring diagram for a Chevy Truck, I would go to a Chevy Truck Forum, etc..
either go on line internet look up engine wire diagram or buy a gm factory manuals they not cheap cost $198.00 or let dealership look up your engine wiring diagram.
first you need the diagram.... its located behind the timer// .control pannel ....get the diagram look at it ....look for thermister.in diagram .....look at the color code on diagram to find the part .....the wires are marked on diagram in color ...so if the diagram says thermister... wire.. in is blue //wire out.. is white.. look for

Look to see if your old motor still has the nameplate with the wiring diagram on it. Then compare that wiring diagram to your new motor's wiring.
If it does not have a wiring diagram, look to see if you can find a model number or any other number resembling a part number. From there, we may be able to locate a wiring diagram for you. . :-)
Autozone.com has some great wiring diagrams. I looked and your Jeep seems to be there. Go to Vehicle Repair Guide>chassis electrical>wiring diagram.
