Two Lines Talking To Eachother

When attempting to transfer a call from line 1 (full of static) to line 4, the two lines are stuck talking to eachother. None of the other phones in the office can access these lines (always reads as: line in use).

How can I un-stick them? Thank you.

Wait until nobody is using the phone system, switch it off (or unplug it) then turn it back on. All current calls will be lost.

It sounds like you were trying to move a call that was on line 1 to line 4. This cannot be done. If it were possible it would need to be done by your phone service provider and there is no such service.

In my toyota corolla 2003 of 50 litres petrol capacity in the fuel guage thre are totally 17 lines including 4 thick lines. There are no lines in between E and 1st thick line. Similarly there are no lines...

The fuel level sensor in the tank is not linear, meaning it doesn't have the same equally spaced indication between E and F . The shape of the tank has a lot to do with the reading also. The needle will move more rapidly when the tank is below 1/2 full. When the low fuel light comes on there should be almost 3 gallons left in the tank 2 1/2 which are usable.

One of my lines is blinking red and green and is acting like an intercom

If it is just 1 line, then someone is on that line while you are talking. If there are 2 lines blinking, that would indicate the 2 lines are conferenced.

1992 dodge w-250, took her in for a service...bleed fuel lines...

It sounds like you are talking about a diesel engine as gas engines are self priming. Lift pump or primer pump may be defective. Check for loose fittings or lines and damaged o-rings at filter housing. Sounds like you are sucking air somewhere.

Does not connect to phone line/base

The First Thing That I can think of is that as you said they wouldnt resync to the phone line...i had this issue last week and i found it helpful to unplug all the equipment batteries also and start by pluging in the base where the telephone line connects and then plug in a handset and set it on the base for 5mins this will resync it do that to all the handsets and it should solve your problem. P.S. Let Me know if this doesnt work and i can help you try some other troubleshooting options.

All static on phone

do you have static on any other phones in your house? if so you need to find and clean up the connections in your house (where all the lines come together, with proper connections, not wire nuts or electrical tape) if its just that particular phone, un plug it and plug a phone in that you know dosent have static on it. if theres static, its the jack your plugged into, if not, its the phone.

Transfer case wont engage

shift into 4wd and move truck a couple of feet.
if light is still off, park truck block the wheels set the park brake jack right front wheel and try to hand spin the wheel if wheel doesn't turn 4x4 is functioning properly but there is a wiring problem use an ohmmeter to check the 4x4 switch wiring fuse and bulb
if wheel turns freely the front axle or transfer case is not engaged
attempt to hand spin the front driveshft if the driveshaft will spin the transfer case is not engaged check the transfer case shift linkage, problem is in linkage or transfer case internals
if the driveshaft will not spin the transfer case is engaged properly
with trnsmission in neutral or park start engine measure vacuum on the two vac lines at front axle shift motor . one line should have approx 20" vacuum. other line should have none
if no vacuum measured look for vac leak or bad vac switch
if both lines have vac look for a bad vac swithc or ruptured cad actuator diaphragm
if one line has 20" +- VAC
move transfer case lever to 2wd measure vac again lines should have swapped vac signals
if no vac switch bad or 4wd shift likage needs adjusting
if yes vac motor bad or stuck or shift fork stuck
remove vac shift motor from the axle attach vac lines to shift motor engage disengage 4wd
does shift motor plunger move at least 1/2 inch
no shift motor bad
yes check axle shift fork and vac motor for binging
