The F7 code indicates that the touch pad either has a "stuck" or shorted key. Depending on the oven model, you either need to replace the touch pad or the controller (clock) and the touch pad. (Some Jenn Air appliances sell the two as one unit.)
Please add a comment with your model number to get additional information on the availability and price for the parts. (Parts may be available from a number of suppliers, including jenn-air.partselect.com.)
The F3 means there is something wrong in the sensor circuit, sensor/wiring/clock.
F3 Problem:

Solution: Check sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.
if your unit is switch position is the upper heating element is have convection? you cannot turn off the fan,but if your unit have separate option to choice the other option to oparate separately the upper heating element this one can be use.
Look for schmatic behind control panel, open oven door and remove 4 screws that hold upper face panel down, panel should slide up 1/2' or so and lift off.
