My printer was working just fine last night, but now it will not print anything today. I shut it off twice. I even unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I shut down my computer also and restarted it. I cannot get it to print anything. Please help.

yea the printers a piece of **** n wont even print a test page from the computer so what am i suppose to do? i unplugged it, restarted both the computer and the printer but i got nothing at all.
966 just hangs up like you said. New driver/old driver/firmware change is no help. I thought it was SP 3 but after two print jobs it does the same thing locks up.
printer was working fine then all of a sudden we get a message saying, "incorrect port detected" followed all of the instructions, but now documents are in que and not printing
My aio 966 keeps saying i have a bad usb cable but i dont does anyone have any ideas
