Thermador SC301T heating elements not working (top and bottom). elements look fine, oven turns on but elements stay cold.... any help would be appreciated. thanks, Tony

- I thought because both top and bottom elements were not working at the same time it might be something else.... is that possible that if just one is not working neither will work? Both were working fine and suddenly neither are working... thanks for your feedback and any additional feedback would be appreciated. TonySolution #1

HI, these element should be tested. it is very hard to tell if they are ok by looking.
You can usually tell when the element itself burns out. It might have small holes or bubbles on the coil. Replace the element, if found defective.
A burned out heating element will show no continuity when measured with a meter.
