I had the same issue with two new dryers. The rep on the phone said nP can also indicate a power issue. It turned out one of the wires in the outlet had broken off. Rewiring the outlet solved the problem.
First you need to let us know what the error code is displayed on the display screen. With that there is a starting spot, then will be able to move closer to solving the problem...
E010 error code is a main motor lock .
Check for jammed paper in the Fixing unit.
Pull transport/Fixing Unit tray out and rotate large knob on left side to check Fixing unit for obstruction/turnability. Other than this, it could be main motor failure.....
Did you try a different out let? Also, when it turn "ON" & "OFF" did you see a Error code on the display sceen on the control pannel...? It could be a few different problems. We need a little more info on the error code it displays....
its the psuedo code for a function in some sort of word processing application. basically it looks for a word, noun , phrase or period. and record the position then adds it to a table.. Proberally home work for a programmer i guess.
E codes are usally associated with copy jams check all paper drawers for paper jams and display panel indicator to see what area is lit and then check that area for trapped paper.
E030 Does pertain to the total copy counter.If you have changed the dc controller & copy counter & still get the E030 error, you may have to enter the service mode to release the error. In service mode under *4* (function) advance to the error screen & press the star button.
