Make sure the exhaust fan is pushing out hot air and not obtstructed. Check the pilot assembly, clean ane make sure the sensor is well into the flame. Watch the flame to see if all burners are igniting. If not, clean the burners and the flame tray that spreads the flame to all of them. Look for a sensor at the farthest burner and make sure the probe is free of carbon and the wiring is tight.
SOURCE: We ran out of oil. I have a 6 month old Weil
Hi, I have nothing in front of me to tell me what these codes are saying. If it is only 6 months old, do you still have the manual on this unit? If so, it should tell you in the trouble-shooting section on what might happen when it runs out of fuel oil. If not, I know on gas fired heaters I can reset the codes by turning off the power supply for a few minutes and reset the codes that way. If you haven't done this you might give it a try. If this does not work, get back to me as I will look for information on this model to see what I can come up with. If killing the power works, please keep me posted.

SOURCE: How tough is it to install a new tankless coil in
There will be a screw or nut that holds the whole control in place. The probe is very short. When changing the coil, make sure you have a clean surface on the boiler where the new gasket will mate. You can use some high temperature silicon to hold the gasket in place but just use a minimal amount. Too much and as you tighten the bolts, it will push out the new gasket. Before attempting to loosen the bolts, spray them with penetrating oil a day prior to the repair. An impact wrench will quickly loosen the bolts if you can use one.
