Check your wires and if those are fine your amp has a problem. could be a number of things inside the amp. sell it on ebay and buy a new one. could get $10-$30 for it if its not a crap amp

SOURCE: ok my Dual speaker box has lights but they wont turn on

Sounds like the transformer is bad. They are either on the ends of the tubes or located in the sub chamber. follow the + and - to the transformer(s).

Hope this sheds some light on it!!!

I have a alpine type r 15 inch it has two hook ups i cant figure it out i have positive two pos and neg two neg and it keeps cuting out one bridge two amp plz help plz plz

Ok, for starters. Is your sub a dual 4 ohm sub? If so, great. Is your amp 2ohm stable? If so, then great. If you are running one sub, is your amp a monoblock (single channel) amp? Are you running a two channel amp Your subwoofer is a dual voice coil subwoofer. This means that you have to have power to both voicecoils or risk damaging the voice coils. Subs are designed with dual voice coils to give it more control over the cone movement. This results in better reproduction of sound. Anyway, back to wiring.

This is for a monoblock amp (you can also bridge a 2 channel amp) Go from the positive speaker out of your amp to the positive posts of both voice coils. Then go from the negative speaker out of the amp to both negative posts on the sub. And there you have it. It's called a parallel set up. Setting it up this way just dropped the ohms load for that sub to 2 ohms. Less resistance means more power to the sub. Hope this helps

General ?

they are dual 2 ohm all L7 are 2 voice coil per speaker so it is like 2 speakers not 1 the dual 2 ohm version is so you can use 2 speakers wired in series to get a 2 ohm load 2 ohms + 2 ohms = 4 ohms then parralel the 2 at the amp to cut it in half to get 2 ohms. I have full warranties on mine and i dont really sell alot of them any way I prefer the hifonics they sound better last alot longer and take way more power and put out 3 times as much sound. but i can check it out if you have the info.

I have no amp for jamo 1060 sub

Dual Voice-Coil
The unique Dual Voice-Coil design allows both left and right channel sound from just one speaker. Simply hook up both the left and the right channels to the special terminals on the speaker. Hook up one channel only, if the speaker is to be used in a conventional stereo set-up.
I found this on jamo site hope that will help you

No sound when i connect the harness for the speakers but

Did you try to adjust the zoning function to single zone instead of dual zone. If it doesn't work then I think your output chip is fried. You can fix that by adding an external amp. You will get much better sound through a relatively cheap amp, just go with something drand named. Goodluck.
