Default boot order for emachine laptop 732

Step 1:
All computer systems go through a set of instructions called the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) when they are turned on. The BIOS checks all of the hardware and software installed on the computer to make sure they are working properly before loading the operating system. You may need to access the BIOS menu periodically to find out the current version of the BIOS you have if there are upgrades available. The command you use to access the BIOS settings on an Emachines computer will vary depending on the specific model you have.

Access the Start menu and click "Shut Down." Select the "Restart" option. Wait for the Emachines logo to appear on the screen as the computer begins booting up again. Press the "Tab" key when the logo appears and see if the computer switches to the BIOS menu. Press the "Escape," "Delete," or "F2" keys if the "Tab" key doesn't take you to the BIOS menu screen. Use the right arrow key to highlight the "Main" entry and press Enter. Scroll down to the heading labeled "BIOS version." Check the long string of numbers and letters under the "BIOS version" heading to locate the current BIOS version your Emachines is using. Press the "F10" key to exit the BIOS menu screen and finish booting up the computer's operating system.

Need recovery disk for hp mini 2140

Hi

you could try this if it helps

There are two ways to access Roxio BackOn Track to recovery the computer, either through the boot menu, or through the Windows Start menu.
You can use the boot menu to restore your computer to a previous working state or to return the computer to the state it was in before the last time it was restored.
    1. Press the power button to turn on the HP Mini.
    2. Press and hold down the f6 key to open the Windows Boot Manager, use the down arrow key to select Roxio BackOnTrack , and then press the enter key to open Roxio BackOn Track.
If you can access Windows, in addition to restoring your computer to a previous working state, you use other options, such as Disaster Recovery.
    1. Click Start , All Programs , Roxio , BackOnTrack , and then BackOnTrack Home to open Roxio BackOn Track

    Hope this helps you

Suddenly i can only see the last pictures I've taken and can't access the previous 100's I have on the memory card. How do I find those pictures?

Base from the description of your problem it seems that your memory got corrupted but just to make sure we may need to connect the camera to your computer and check it from there or connect the memory card to a card reader and access it and see if how many photo are there.

If the old photo are there better save those to your computer and then format your memory card from the camera menu.

Brand new today. turned on and can't access wireless

It could be that your router is encrypting the information. This is easily fixed by changing a setting. To access this setting, click on the wi-fi icon in the system tray, right-click on your network, click properties, click the security tab, and specify the appropriate security and encryption type. Both of these can be found in the setup menu of your router. You can find out how to locate these settings by referencing your instruction manual that came with the router. Another way to fix this which is a much easier method is to go into the properties menu as specified before on the computer that can access your router, and click the "Copy this network profile to a USB flash drive". After that, plug the flash drive into your other computer and select the network setup wizard. After that a setup assistant will open and configure your settings exactly how they were on your other computer. Try this method first, and if that does not work, try the previous method I listed. Good luck!

Don't have password to access computer.

The easiest way is to use the startup disc that came with the computer. Start from it and choose the language. The next screen should have a menu bar. Under (tools or utilitys) you will find a little program called password reset. Change the password, reboot the computer log in as the user with the password you created and make a new account for yourself with administrator privileges. Log into your new account and delete the previous user.
