The first thing I would check would be the battery compartment, the Lumixes have horrible battery connectivity but can usually withstand some pretty heavy drops. Open the battery compartment and wiggle the battery about when you are turning it on and push it in slightly see if that helps. One of my Lumixes has about 3mm of tape on the end of the battery to force it in more now :)
Hello, There are two logic boards on fx30, it is possible that due to the drop the upper board has disconnected itself from the bottom one. It is only held by a connector plug. It might be a good idea to check that.
If you're not afraid to tinker with things, try opening the camera (just the back of the case). Once the screws are undone, very carefully lift the back of the case a bit, you'll see two white ribbon cables. Disconnect them and once done you'll have free access to the logic board. Push on it evenly (do not press in one spot on the edge but try to spread the pressure evenly). Hopefully, that's it.
