Low water? This washer uses very little water to provide good cleaning results. You will see little or no water splashing in this washer. This is normal.

We have a whirpool stackable..washer isn't getting much water

Make sure hoses to washer are not trapped and that isolator valves are fully open. Isolators are located normmaly at the end of the copper pipe before the flexi hose to washer, they are often a small red or blue plastic tab that must be in line with the pipes to let water through

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
This is symptomatic of a malfunctioning water control valve- the hot water one, if the washer is hot and cold fill, and the cold one if it is just cold fill!
Sorry but it needs replacing and a service call to confirm that it is not something else ;-0(
Good luck,

Washer will not empty on tumble

I am not a repair professional. I am just a 78 year old man who has been making his own repairs for about 50 years. Therefore the washer ID doesn't mean
anything to me. It's been about 55 years since I had experience with front load washers. However I can refer you to Applianceaid.com where they have very good and complete trouble shooting and repair information on front loaders. I think you'll find what you need there. Don't worry about the timer, they hardly ever go bad. Good luck with it. If I have helped you, please rate my advice on fixya.

Problem washing pillows. They get full of water and washer won't spin the water out.

You can remove the pillows and squeeze most of the water out and then put them back in to spin the rest. Washers weren't really made to wash pillows and pillows werent really made to be washed in a washer. Get new pillows and put hypoallergenic covers to keep the funk out. Wash the covers as necessary.
Alternatively heating and tumbling them in the dryer might get rid of whatever aspect you were trying to neutralize or wash out of the pillows.

Drum will not spin

If your water keeps flowing out, it could be that the pipe behind is not at the correct level, about three feet from ground level; your pump pumps the water out OVER this height. It should not be at ground level.
