Problem for Dyson Flowcheck CRO1 Front Load Washer

dyson cr01 f11 fault code, i have tried the temp button,power on and soil.it does claer fault,but when wash cycle starts again f11 appears after a min or so.also i noticed that dor is not locking????

- tried all of that...it does clear the fault, but it f11 still comes back after a minute into the cycle, even on the test cycle it happens.Solution #1

Hi,
Please find the steps that needs to be taken for trouble shooting F11 fault code specially if there was a power cut.
1, Power off at the machine. Do the next 4 steps within 3 seconds.
2, Press Temperature Button in.
3, Power on
4, Release temperature button
5, press Soil Type button
You will now hear the door lock release so you can get to your pants.
Diagnostic code is now displayed. You can switch the washer off and back on and the error code is clear. If you do this it will work.
