Hook up I would like to hook up my given to me canon multipass c3000 printer to my computer, i have the cables hooked up, but when i go to the installation wizard it says that i need a disk to put into my computer to install, and the only thing that i have is the cord to hook up from the printer to the computer. Please help. AmosM

Canon Multipass c3000 I am getting a "Cartridge Jammed" message and it parks the cartridge at the far left instead of the far right where the ink tray is. Any suggestions?

this is from canon.
Clear the paper jam or whatever is obstructing the cartridge holder and then press the Resume button. Do not attempt to move the cartridge holder manually.

I changed catridge but still says "change cartridge".

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Help

The canon Multipass C2500 won't work directly with Win XP. However, the canon website has a work around that will work as a printer only on the computer but should be able to send and receive faxes through the device as a stand alone device.
