The fireplace tongs separated and are no longer usable. Looks like there is a bolt that broke between the two pieces. Is this reparable and if so, by whom? If not, are they replaceable or do I have to buy the whole set again. Sure hope not! Please advise.

If these are heavy duty iron forge tongs and have sentimental value, bring it to a blacksmith or a welder for a heavy duty rivet install; if it is too costly and less expensive to just replace the tongs with new ones- that would be your best choice.

However, if you are a do-it-yourself project type person, you can go to the big orange or big blue box stores (or even your local hardware store); bring the tongs with you, and explain that you want to repair them- a slightly loose stainless bolt (slightly smaller in diameter than the hole) and a nut will work.

Better yet, even an auto parts store that sells 400 mill grade stainless steel bolts for exhaust systems will work too.

LOOKS LIKE MY 99MAXIMA CRANKSHAFT PULLEY BELT BROKE AND THE PULLEY IS KINDA HANGING OFF SOME, WHAT AM i LOOKING AT? JUST BELT AND IS PULLEY OK OR REPLACEMENT OF BOTH? PLEASE HELP DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED...

If it's the main pulley that connects to the crankshaft and drives the serpentine belt, it's called the dampener pulley.
If the dampener pulley has worked loose or separated, you'll need to replace any damaged components, possibly including the pulley, mounting bolt and even the crankshaft and front engine housing could have been damaged if the pulley continued to turn while it was loose.
It could be as simple as tightening the bolt or as severe as a major engine rebuild. A mechanic can't know until he takes a look at it.

'88 Samuria.....OK....got the shifter out, but can only see tiny pieces of what probably WAS the bolt end. What do I do now?

Remove the lower four bolts (hope you did not lose any broken pieces into the trans.) and holding the part in a vice, remove the broken bolt and the nose piece that broke off. You may have to use a little extra force to get the new special bolt all the way in due to some damaged threads; put some sealer on the gasket and refit

The pulley that is located over the water pump broke, what is it called and how do you replace it?

It would be the water pump pulley and you remove the 4 bolts from the front of the fan and the fan and the pulley pull off. You'll probably have to remove the top of the fan shroud to accomplish this. They are 2 separate pieces. I'd check a scrap yard for a replacement pulley. They will need to know what size engine and what options are on your motor. Hope this helps.
