Question about Computers & Internet
I have a HP desktop PC. It crashed last week and I recovered. Now I caanot connect the internet(my ISP is Qwest withMSN). The modem is working fine and I still can connect to the internet wirelessly from my Laptop. I called Qwest and I was told that I need USB Driver but when I turn on PC, windows XP starts and starts and starts and never open it. There is a sand clock icon that show like it is opening but never it opens. Please help, what should I do?
