This sounds like a Titan 440i which has basic electronic pressure control (The later 440ix has the Xact pressure control without brushes) but it is not like the 660e. Is the motor ON light (the one below the yellow light)?

You need to check that the motor can turn as the pump may be seized, so remove the motor cover (4 screws) with the power off; if that's OK then check that the brushes are not too worn. If all that's OK then it could be a defective pressure transducer.

For John Lapier if you have an original 660e you may find that carbon dust from the brushes accumulates inside the motor and spoils the insulation which can cause arcing. When you have the motor open, a good blow out with an airline is a good idea.

Check the on off switch. The motor in these last forever .
Also check the brushes there are 2 panals with 4 screws on the plate top and botton of motor .
Water can get in and corroid contacts you to armitare

Titan was plugged in to 220v

You likely cooked the control board, hopefully it didn't damage the motor as well.
I would recommend bringing it to an authorized repair center where they can test the board, hall sensor, and motor

I have a paint titan inpact 440 the is not working at all

Please describe what is not working. Is the electric motor working? Does it run but not pump? Will it pump with the bypass open so that the fluid would come back into the pail?

My 640 titan run but will not prime it does not spray product

It is hard to follow your question....however; if the sprayer turns on and the paint fails to enter the nozzle, you may have a blockage. Take the spray nozzle apart and run hot water over it to clean it out. You may need a small brush or cu-tip to clean the inside of the barrel. Blow though it and see if air passes easily. reassemble and run as you normally do. Be certain the top is attached to the paint reserve tightly and securely. Any air leaks will prevent the sprayer from building up pressure within and thus no spay will be emitted.

Piston seal

Hi Agustin,

Sorry that I have not replied before; only just seen your enquiry.
The problem is either the piston seals are worn, in which case paint is likely to come out into the oil cup, or you have a valve problem, either something is stuck in a valve or the valve could be damaged (the seat or ball) Call me at Lion Industries if you need to discuss 01543 251 560

I have titan 440i and it has very low pressure when i swich it from prim to spray keeps running

When you switch it from prime to paint and it's still running:
- If paint/water continues to come out of the prime tube, your prime valve isn't seating properly and needs to be replaced.
- If you get a little pressure at the paint gun but it is surging, your packings, most likely the lower set, are damaged and letting most of the paint leak back past them. Packing/seal kits are available for your machine. Use all parts in the kit and grease/lubricate all of the parts well. Inspect the piston and cylinder for scoring or pitting that can damage new seals. They should be mirror smooth for proper operation and life of the seals.
