Unable to call internazional call. I dial 1887063839 1 011 country code city code phone number. the booklet tells me I can make international call at no additional cost

Where are you dialing from/ what country are you in.
All countries have this sequence of numbers to call another country;
IDD COUNTRY CODE CITY CODE PHONE NUMBER Dialing Instructions

1. Dial the International Direct Dialing (IDD) number. Countries have different numbers, or may have more than one IDD, depending on the carrier or type of service.
2. Dial the Country Code. In some cases, the country code is shared among countries. For example, the United States, Canada, and much of the Caribbean and Guam use country code 1
3. Dial the city/area code (if any) for the number you are dialing. Smaller countries may not use city codes or area codes, while larger countries have hundreds of them.
4. Dial the phone number you are calling.

How To Dial Internationally

You don't need a + symbol to dial international.

1. Step 1: Dial International Call Prefix.
2. Step 2: Dial Country Code.
3. Step 3: Dial City Code (area code)

You need to put in the country code first before you can call the number.

To call United States you have to dial 00 + 1 + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.

You have to get the city code your self because you did not tell me the city you are calling.

It's possible you're not dialing the country's calling code or not dialing the correct sequence for international calling. To place a call out of the U.S. dial: "011 - country code - city code - number" The country code for Poland is 48. The link below contains the city codes for Poland which you may not have.
