The bios settings maybe set to boot from network or from usb before Ide or sata and if it can not boot from there is reports a boot failure,, usually only stating failure or cable disconnected and goes on the the next boot device,
in windows if you have it set to enable network or log on to network at boot, it will attempt to log on the the network or all networks, if you are not connected to a network through a Ethernet cable it will give you a failure message saying cable damaged or disconnected and look for networks on other devices including wireless

Electric start not working

The starter relay may have a loose wire or aone of the battery cables is poorly connected. To find the relay, follow the positive battery cable. Ck the negative cable connection on the frame. The small wire on the r4elay is the wire coming from the start button. There must be current there when you press the button. Good Luck, Ned

I cannot connect my samsung s8000 to parrot ck 3000. I have erased the memory by pressing both red and green buttons. It said erasing memory but this lasted for over ten mins. Turned off the power but now...

You will need a software flash into the parrot. you will need a parrot update cable and a computer to do this. you will have to remove the blue control box from the car. try www.parrot.com and find one of thier accredited installers, they all carry cables.
